To provide administrative support ensuring smooth-running of the business, providing Maternity cover, with the potential to become permanent.
Salary dependable on experience.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities: Providing office support to ensure efficient running of the office, carrying out administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Quoting of spare parts, and day work
Processing of new Customer Orders, Reconciling customer purchase orders.
Creating Work-in-Progress schedules,
Liaising with the production team, and supporting the workshop with administrative duties.
Co-ordinating Company Exports and Imports:
- Liaising with the client, freight forwarder, courier and customs brokers.
- Completing a submitting Shipping documentation such as; Consignment/Packing Notes, Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin, EUR1, ATA Carnets.
- Advising despatch team on custom requirements.
- Working with customs broker on clearance of goods
Organising and maintain files and company databases in a confidential manner
Answering phone calls, and correspondence
Making travel arrangements for the field engineers, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations
Supporting visitors & arranging meetings
Taking meeting minutes
Maintaining office supplies
Skills/ Attributes Required:
Supporting with Company Audits & Inspections
Inputting data on to Sage, producing & submitting purchase orders
Assisting with Annual stock takes
Desired Attributes:
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts
Experience in Exports & Imports
To be Flexible to work requirements
Hold full clean drivers’ licence
