New materials and new metals so the learning curve was steep. A custom build for an awesome company. The red g10 spacers and black micarta scale pays homage to the company colours. If you haven’t already, check out these guys and everything they have to offer!!!

This build is hardened 80CrV2 steel with a stonewash ferric chloride finish to prevent corrosion. The micarta scales adds durability and functionality with the advantage of improved wet-grip and corrosion resistance, even in the toughest conditions. Completed with tactical bevel angle to add durability behind the razor sharp edge. Annealed, heat treated and tempered; this should be perfect in the hands of a keen hunter, making short work of big and small game in all conditions. Ryan Watters

Been working on a new layered steel piece this week 🔥

Playing around with San Mai construction and really happy with how the core material is behaving during heat treat.

Still dialing in the grind geometry—loads more to come on this one.
