Hello Everyone !

Just a post to say that Paul and Tracey will be reopening the the shop on the 13th June.

Paul is doing really well in his recovery so is allowed to be back at work on light duties.

However there will be some changes to accommodate his situation.

Purchasing Tyres & Fitments:

When purchasing tyres this will now have to be pre booked in to be able to fit to your vehicle. As Paul will now have a assistant to help he is no longer able to do this by himself.

Shop Opening & Closing Times:

The new opening times will be 9:30am - 5pm from Monday- Saturday.

Paul and Tracey want to thank everyone for their kind messages and cards and look forward to seeing you back at the shop!

Hi Everyone

As many will know Rowland Hawkes Motorcraft has been closed from 23rd March due to a family emergency.

This is just a post to say as we’ve had a lot of customers ask at our personal residence when we will be opening back up. The time frame for this is still unknown so please bare with us we will keep everyone update when we will be re opening and the business opening and closing times.

Hello Everyone,

As of the 25th of March Rowland Hawkes Motorcraft Centre has been closed due to COVID-19.

However due to the recent government update about businesses re-opening we have made the decision to re-open from the 15th of June.

We have been making changes to the shop to make it safe for both ourselves and our customers to enter. We will have anti-bacterial hand gel available for customers to use once they have entered the premise.

However we have also put some new rules in place that is in everyone’s best interests.

The new rules are as follows:

•Only 1 person is permitted to enter the shop at a time.
• Once you have entered please follow the allocated floor signs to help with social distancing.
•If you are having tyres fitted or fixed please keep your 2 metres.
•Please also keep 2 meteres away from the tyre fitting area.
•Try and pay by card where it is possible to do so.

Due to the small capacity of the shop we feel at this time this is the appropriate approach.

We will continue to monitor and review the situation as the safety of our customers is the main priority.

We look forward to seeing you all on the 15th June!
