These are a couple of picture slates that are going to be available at the Church craft fair on Saturday.
One is of the Niddry oil works and one of a hutch being emptied on Winchburgh bing.

Please note that the colour of the blaes is correct for the time, after coming out the torts it was a blue/gray colour, the orange it is now is caused by oxidisation through time.

3d Printed "natural slate" look coasters.

These coasters are very lightweight and are designed to be a replacement from the heavier slate coasters. they dont hurt when you drop them on your bare feet, they dont splinter and chip when dropped on hard floors, dont scratch tabletops, the image is white and not light brown and four of these coasters AND the holder is about the same weight as one slate coaster.

These coasters come in 100's of designs, in fact any design you can get onto a slate coaster you can get on these, also can be made with your own pictures or designs.
