That’s a wrap, folks! ☀️

The sun even decided to come out for our last show of the season — well, for the Wigton team at least!

What a fantastic day at Hesket Newmarket Agricultural Show
A huge thank you to the show committee and all the organisers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring us such a fabulous event. Your hard work is truly appreciated.

And, of course, a massive thank you to all our wonderful customers. Without you, we simply wouldn’t have such fantastic days.

Ryan enjoyed the show so much that he even treated us all to ice creams! 🍦😂

Last night the Wigton crew hung back after work to complete a little in house training.💪

Under Grahams watchful eye ( good eye) , they completed various tasks from tying off knots to loading vans and everything in-between, including the netting of difficult to strap down objects🤣.

The safety of the team is paramount when they're in the yard or out deliving and Graham was very impressed by the skills and workmanship on show from the team.

Excellent work Gillian Fisher Ryan Cowan Neil Brown John Montgomery ,Thumbs up all round for the Wigton team 👍👍👍👍

🐑 We’re looking forward to Lads Night Out! 🐑

Drainwise are delighted to be sponsoring Hopes Auction CompanyCompany’s Annual Show & Sale of Lads Night Out on Wednesday 2nd September.

We’ll be there on the night supporting the sale, catching up with customers and hopefully meeting a few new faces too.

Gilly medals is at it again…

After months of intense training, questionable cycling skills and a heroic amount of flag waving.

the terrain was brutal, but she absolutely smashed the Drainwise leg of the 2026 Ladies Tour of Britain.

Today he delivered some beef troughs to one of our lovely customers, he also assembled them on site too.

Always a great day Show what a blast we had.

Team Wigton had smiles and tears in the industrial section, unfortunately our tractor made from fruit and vegetables, striped jelly or cocktails did not make the rosettes.

But our Gills patio planted flowers brought home a red rosette, and the lads big effort in the tug of war brought us 2nd place.

We even stopped by the Wigton branch on the way home, to help out a customer with a burst water pipe.

Thank you to Roger from Marsh Industries and all the Dalston show committee who work tirelessly to bring us such a fabulous show to be part of.
