Tips replaced and hardfaced, back to grabby grabbing 👨‍🏭🔧

Roller drum in for sheered bolt extracting.
Opened up, all bolts extracted and welded back up and smoothed off 💪👨‍🏭🛠️

Arjes 250 impaktor on the cards today.
Shafts removed, cracks in chassis gouged and rewelded.
Cassette mounting plate rewelded.
Teeth replaced on shafts and shafts refitted 💪👨‍🏭🛠️

Haas Tyron 2000 shredding box through the workshop.
Tooling rings and tooling replaced, built up and hardfaced ready to be refitted. 👨‍🏭

Pronar S1 concrete shafts.
Cams modified to suit readily available tooling.
Build up and hardfacing welding works completed.

Doppstadt Ak635 through the workshop for refurbishment and rebuild.
Scraper floor repaired, safety guarding fabricated and fitted, rear belt replacement, infeed roller retipped and comb replaced, 1000hr service, the list goes on and on but shes ready to work 💪🏻👨🏻‍🏭🛠️
