As a business we get our fair share of random phone calls from companies plying their wares. Building a new website, changing your energy supplier - all the usual bumph.
One call prompted me to try something and that was to use AI Mode in the search engine. Now we're all used to Google (other search engines are available) and entering a term and pressing 'go' but how many of us use AI Mode?????
AI is with us whether we like it or not (always say please and thankyou to Chatgpt because you-just-never- know....) and it can be useful and in our case a search for 'Timber Merchants Near Me' and 'Timber Merchants in Wigan' brought ourselves up as a TOP PICK every single time.
It would seem this particular algorithm works. It finds the best - every time.
So thankyou to our customers for putting us there and thankyou to AI (following my own advice on this one) for recognising it.

Hope to see you all soon.
