Renault clio in for heater blower issues. Quickly diagnosed as a faulty blowermotor.
With this French car being a righthand drive it makes the motor removal much more difficult.
Steering column has to be dropped to remove the motor and even then its very tight.

Audi A6 in for heater fault. Customer complained that they could not adjust the temperature or speed. After our tests it was found to be a heater control panel issue.
Due to the age of the car the customer preferred to obtain a 2nd hand part.
Most parts on audi vehicles are vin locked so can't be moved from original vehicle.
But here at Widnes auto electrical we have the equipment to get around this problem, saving the customer alot of money.

2013 Citroën charging issues. Customer rang up to price an Alternator and fitment as recommended by other garage.
We always test to confirm fault.
Found Alternator to work OK with our test equipment.
Proceded to update ECU with latest software and hey presto!!
Alternator now working great.
This customer saved alot of money as most people fit an Alternator first before discovering that isn't the fault.
