Latest product that joins the line up of engine port blanks are these 2.3 16v Ford Galaxy ‘Duratec’ versions.

These are perfect for any engine’s stored with no inlet or exhaust manifolds fitted.

They come fully customised with any number/writing/logo on them. Or they can be blank.

These are £25 posted for both the inlet and exhaust covers for a 2 colour design. Various colours available. These are also listed on our website to buy direct.

We are also able to supply covers for pinto, K20 and Zetec engines.

I was recently asked to replicate some Astrali locking wheel nut covers/caps for a Mk1 Fiesta. These were measured from an original but worn cap, drawn up and the Astrali logo added to them and then 3D printed. They now click nicely in position plus if any get damaged we can simply print another one.

We had a large delivery of gearbox rubbers to go in our popular gearbox mounts this week.

These fit our RX8/MX5 mounts and are a direct fit on Ford gearboxes as well.

Big stock of concentric release conversion slave cylinders and brackets on the shelf now.
The MX5 NC 5 speed conversions now also use the bullet aluminium machined mounting bracket.

Pipercross dome filter and back plate. Very Good condition. Protective film on one side of the back plate still. Approx 100mm internal depth. Filters are now £100 on their own new. Clips are missing.

Battery tray for a Gilbern Invader, designed cut and fabricated in house. Nice little detail on the 3D printed wedge that holds the battery in place having the Gilbern Cars logo on.

The centre runner broke off this Green Goddess fire engine inlet manifold so it needed a quick clean up and welding back on. Not nice welding cast parts that have had fuel and oil vapours through them but it’s back together.
