If they are not, then all modifications will be given a standard ‘as built’ status in the system and no benefit will be considered when it comes to grading your property. For example, if your property was built in the year 1930, and you had an extension in the year 2000. If no evidence is provided, then as far as the system is concerned, the extension was built in 1930 and none of the improvements in thermal efficiency since then are considered. This is where you find that a lot of these companies will not ask for this data, as it takes the assessor much more time when it comes to reporting on your property. WBS is fully FGAS certified to complete the annual servicing of your equipment.
£60 per external unit, which includes a full electrical check, cleaning of the condenser and evaporators, plus a system performance check.
