Construction of a neat and tidy tarmac footpath, including the removal and disposal of existing artificial grass, timber, and general waste, together with the backfilling of the pond area.

Strip out the existing footway and prepare the sub base. Install Terram geotextile membrane, followed by a layer of compacted stone. Fit pressure treated (tanalised) timber edging boards and complete the path with a tarmac surface finish.

We also created the seating area, including preparation of the ground and installation of a paved surface using Indian sandstone, providing an attractive and durable seating space to complement the footpath.

Another sewer diversion successfully completed in Robin Hood's Bay to bypass a degraded septic tank.

We took care of the entire process for the customer, including:

β€’Preparing and securing approval for TM plans with Highways
β€’Obtaining final sign-off from Yorkshire Water upon completion

We are proud to have successfully completed the works on this new arena at Fyling Hall School

The project included:
β€’Full site strip
β€’Cut and fill operations involving over 1,000mΒ³ of spoil
β€’Installation of more than 200 linear metres of drainage
β€’Import and placement of over 300 tonnes of clean free-draining aggregates
β€’Supply and installation of 140 tonnes of silica sand supplied by BM Fenby
β€’Installation of two layers of geomembrane
β€’Supply and installation of estate fencing, arena fencing, and gates
β€’Construction of a new access track from the school to the arena
β€’A great project to be involved in, delivering a high-quality finished arena for the school.

We are also proud to have donated the bench for the children to take a break from riding!
