For ages 4-11 Years ⭐️ The individuality of each child in our care will be respected and nurtured. Our After School Club (ASC) has been running for 19 years. We offer care before
school, after school, during school holidays and on Inset Days. We give priority to children from Whaley Bridge Primary School but welcome children from other schools locally. Our latest OFSTED report said “The well-established key-person system helps children to form strong, trusting relationships with the staff. These help them to feel safe and secure and they have a strong sense of belonging. Children make good use of the school’s well-designed outdoor space and play equipment.”
To join the club, you will need to complete a registration form and pay an annual fee of £1.00 per family. Breakfast Club 7:45am-8:45am
A breakfast of cereal, toast and drinks is included for £4.50. Early drop off is available pre booked from 7.30 am for an additional £2.50
After School Club: 3:15pm-5:15pm £6.95. until 6PM an extra £3.50. Bookings are required for ASC. A substantial snack is provided at after school club. If your child has any special dietary requirements please speak to us. Holiday Club 8:30am-5.00pm. Early drop offs available by arrangement. Holiday club runs during school holidays and on Inset days, dates running depend on bookings. A wide range of activities are available and we have a schedule of exciting additional activities every day. We organise trips out to local places of interest and invite people in from the community to organise activities e.g. St John’s Ambulance, Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, Bikeability, and our local PCSO. It is an opportunity to make friends with other children from local schools. Children from 3 years old are very welcome and this warm and friendly environment helps prepare pre-schoolers for school life.
*Charges: £25:00 for a full day 8.30am-5..00pm.

Payment directly by BACS . Childcare voucher accepted Payments must be made on a weekly basis unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Manager to suit individual needs. A cancellations charge (of the minimum fee) will be applied for places cancelled at after school club if 24 hours notice isnt given. Breakfast club and holiday club to be paid weekly. Holiday club to be paid for in advance. once confirmed and guarantee it is non refundable. A late collection fee of £5.00 per child will be applied for each 15 minutes (or part of) at ASC and Holiday Club. About Us
Whaley Bridge After School Club is a not-for-profit organisation managed by a voluntary committee of parents and staff. It is not run or owned by the school and sessions are organised by the ASC manager. All staff are fully checked, trained and have the necessary qualifications. The Club is periodically inspected under OFSTED regulations. Our latest report in December 2016 labelled our care as “good” with only two minor administrative points preventing an “outstanding” (these have now been rectified).
