As the year draws to a close, we’re looking back at one of our standout projects from this summer. ☀️🛠️

We were delighted to collaborate with JLI Contractors Ltd on the complete transformation of The Boat House in Swanwick.

Working within a tight six-week schedule, we delivered precision-engineered structural steelwork for the venue’s new balcony and ramp sections. Additionally, we fabricated over 100 meters of handrails to enclose the premises, along with bespoke rustic-style crittal doors, over-bar features, back bars, and other decorative elements.

The result? A seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, enhancing The Boat House's character and usability.

Following our big move to our new unit in Romsey, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve officially got our machines up and running in the new space!

We’re now ready to take on even larger and more challenging projects. This move isn’t just about expanding our physical space; it’s about enhancing our precision, speed and quality so we can deliver the best for you, every time.

🚤 Exciting News from Buffalo Fabrication Ltd: Our First Boat Build!

We’re proud to unveil our latest project – a custom-built steel CAT: C workboat! Designed with precision and built to last, this vessel is ready to handle the toughest jobs out there.

Built for Landing Craft UK Ltd on behalf The Island In Oxfordshire.

Highlights include:
• Durable and robust steel construction
• Innovative design for optimal performance
• Custom features tailored to client needs

Our team has put in a lot of hard work to bring this boat to life, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

A great experience creating these AluCore desktops for PDL Marine Ltd CNC cut, laminated and edge banded by Buffalo Fabrication Ltd. Lightweight and Fire-rated these come in at less than 8kg pm2. Fantastic to see these going aboard HMS Prince of Wales.

Buffalo Fabrication were more than happy to complete this tank extension job for engineering firm; Kelvion UK Ltd. Two weeks from start to finish and it was great to see the post-welding work completed at minimal notice by CORROLESS EASTERN LIMITED and the tank in action within days.

"When other suppliers couldn't accommodate the size and weight of our test tank extension project, we turned to Buffalo Fabrication for assistance. Tony proposed a solution: conducting the modifications at Kelvion, eliminating the need to transport the tank elsewhere. With a strict schedule to adhere to, Tony made a dedicated effort to meet the target finish date. Both Tony and Andrzej provided comprehensive support, collaborating seamlessly to finalise the project. Additionally, they assisted in finding a contractor to handle the tank lining once fabrication and welding were done" Greg Seymour, Kelvion UK Ltd.
