We're making great progress on our refurbishment of Holy Trinity Sunningdale, where we are transforming the church into a more flexible space for both the church and the wider community, creating new meeting areas, office space and café, whilst carefully preserving the building's historic character.

Following completion of the reduce dig stage, a watching brief was put in place after historic foundations were uncovered. With this now complete, we've installed Glapor foam glass insulation, formed the service trenches for the M&E installations, and completed the new limecrete slab.

Next up, the underfloor heating will be installed before internal finishes begin to bring the new space to life! 👏

The team are on route to Scotland ahead of tomorrow morning’s Three Peaks Challenge, where they’ll be taking on Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon across 24 hours in memory of Sean Panther 👏

We’re currently in week 3 of a 27 week programme at Holy Trinity Sunningdale, with reduced dig works underway in preparation for the new limecrete slab and underfloor heating system 👏

During reduce digging, original brick footings were uncovered, becoming a point of interest for the archaeologist and now requiring a watching brief, with careful excavation and recording as works continue.

All part of a wider programme to create new office, café and community spaces while preserving the building’s historic character.
