Throwback to Scramblers by Bicester Motion , showcasing three very special cars from RML’s history.

On display was the RML GT Hypercar, the Mercedes-McLaren SLR 722 GT and the Nissan ZEOD RC — three incredible machines, each representing a different chapter of RML’s engineering story.

Earlier this month, RML Group had the pleasure of attending another Mission Motorsport event at Thruxton Circuit! 🏁

It was a fantastic opportunity to support a brilliant cause, connect with fellow automotive enthusiasts and share our passion for motorsport.

Taking pride of place outside the Thruxton Centre was our RML Short Wheelbase, welcoming attendees as they arrived and providing a stunning display for everyone entering the event.

A huge thank you to Mission Motorsport for organising such a fantastic event. It was a pleasure to be involved!

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the to RML Group HQ!

Guests enjoyed teas and coffees before being treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our facilities.

It was fantastic to share an insight into the exciting projects we’re working on and showcase the engineering, innovation and passion that goes into everything we do here at RML.

How to transform the RML GT Hypercar from a road-going hypercar into a track-focused weapon — all through the controls on the steering wheel. 🏁

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to work alongside Shell as a joint project partner on the Shell Triple 10 Challenge concept car — a project designed to push the boundaries and demonstrate advanced mobility technology and efficiency.
 
At its heart sits a compact 32 kWh battery, delivering around 200 miles of range while helping the project designed around three key performance achievements.

⏱️ Sub-10-minute charging — 10% to 80% in just 9 minutes and 54 seconds using a standard 175 kW public fast charger.
⚡ 10 km per kWh efficiency — demonstrating just how far EV efficiency can be pushed without relying on a huge battery.
🌍 10 tonnes CO₂e lifecycle footprint — around 50% lower emissions across the vehicle’s entire lifecycle.
 
A fascinating project to have been involved with and a brilliant showcase of innovation and collaboration shaping the next generation of electric mobility.

We recently had the pleasure of putting this incredible Mercedes-McLaren SLR 722 GT through its paces, with BTCC driver .32 behind the wheel.

The shakedown went exactly as planned, with the 722 GT performing flawlessly and sounding absolutely incredible. A very special car doing exactly what it was built to do.
