⭐️WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION WEEK⭐️

This week we recognise the incredible contributions of women in the construction industry - breaking barriers and shaping the future of the built environment.

As many of you have already had the pleasure of speaking to a key member of our team, Sharon Brooks. Sharon is the wife of our managing director Graham Brooks. Just short of 23 years ago GB Access was founded, since then they have had two children and successfully built a solid business. Sharon has been a part of the business since day one, many years on she is now our training manager as well as managing accounts and lots of other day to day tasks here at team GB.

Construction is often seen as a ‘man’s world’ but as an industry we can continue to push on for it to be split down the middle for gender. To all the amazing women in our team, construction and beyond, keep pushing on… we hope for more opportunities in generations to come🤩🥳
