📢☠️ GALLOWS BRACKETS ☠️ This is why they should never be used to support a chimney when the breast below is being removed. Its integrity relies on the bolt fixings being secure, but these can be very poor into old stock brickwork, so at risk of being levered out. Luckily only a partial collapse and no one hurt, but could have been different.
