When a customer’s machine comes to stay with Stitchagain for a service or repair, it is always a qualified engineer that carries out the work and always to exacting standards, using only genuine parts. We continue to invest in manufacturer training and specialised equipment for our own fully equipped workshop, so customers can rest assured their machine is in good hands. Our professional backgrounds in Engineering and Education are at the core of our business, enabling us to assess a customer’s requirements and budget when purchasing so we can present the most suitable machine choices. We are also dealers for Horn furniture, offering a wide range of specialised sewing cabinets and accessories. At Stitchagain we care deeply about our customers & strive to give the very best service. Our customer Don uses his Pfaff Sewing Machines (UK & EIRE) sewing machine with unruly kite fabric to produce some amazing works! Here is his reverse appliqué snake head kite and here he is using his new Bias Binder foot, that he says is great for his slippery kite fabric! 👌

To all of our customers,

We made the decision to close our doors on Monday 23rd March until further notice, in line with Government announcements. This means we will not currently be providing courses in our studio or providing servicing and repair work on sewing machines.

However, we are working hard to continue serving our community as best we can and as such Steve from Stitch Again will carry on giving support and advice to customers by phone or email. For sales of sewing machines and accessories the Stitch Again website will remain open and we have arranged for purchases to be delivered directly to your door by courier to enable you to keep on sewing and working on projects you enjoy.

Joy to Create will continue to sell fabric and haberdashery on the Joy to Create website. You will also have the option to phone Joy to place orders, if what you are looking for doesn’t appear on the website. Orders will then be mailed out with an appropriate courier. In an effort to continue providing our outstanding personal service, Joy will also be accepting photographs of projects to help you colour-match when buying fabrics or Metler thread from Joy to Create. Joy will also give advice on any wadding or backing you may wish to purchase, we have lots of this too!

We want our community to remain close during this difficult time and invite you to join our pages, follow our Instagram accounts or keep reading our Newsletters as we continue to provide a community space. We want to share projects, keep track of each other's creativity and inspire people to continue making! We also intend to let customers know when new stock comes in, like exciting new fabrics!
