We have been in Canada for the last nine days delivering a refresher training course to one of our valued customers followed by maintenance and calibration to our their SR2000 SIPP rig. The rig is now primed and ready for the lining season.

The purchase of a rig is only one part of the process. Regular training and maintenance ensure that linings are applied to the best of your ability and within specification.

This SR2000 Rig is fitted with our innovative non contact flow meters and our game changing A.V.O.S 2 which removes all personell from the excavations during the launch and receive process. Our 3d printed self adjusting skids are also being utilised to their full potential.

Last week our experienced team were on site rehabilitating access chambers.
The chambers were suffering from water infiltration.

Using our own in-house designed and built self contained rehabilitation system all of which is housed inside one single vehicle.

1. The chambers were cleaned using our onboard high-pressure jetting system
2. Water ingress was stopped
3. A primer was applied
4. Finally a thick topcoat of Epoxy Resin was applied.

Innovation is thriving as we enhance our skid setup for lining around bends. By utilizing our in-house 3D printers and design software, we are making significant strides in prototyping. The ability to design, test, and modify daily marks a substantial advancement in our processes.

Recent live site testing has yielded impressive results, including the successful lining of a 4-inch pipe that is 40 meters long with four 45-degree bends.

Schur-BPH has been at the forefront of SIPP innovation for over 40 years.

We are very selective about the materials we use in our class-leading and innovative SIPP rigs. In the UK, the options are somewhat limited, but one material really stands out. , It is the only drinking water SIPP pipe lining material approved in the UK that has the following:

All completed in Italy, approximately 400m of 6-inch potable water pipeline has been cleaned and lined as part of a trial. The superb pipe lining material was applied at a thickness of 6mm. We thank our customer for their support during the trial and look forwards to working with them in the near future.

Equipment used:
1. One of our innovative SR1000 Pipe Lining Rigs
2. Our A.V.O.S automatic lining launch system, which removes personnel from the excavation.
