🌟 Getting to Know You
What’s one fun fact your colleagues might not know about you?
I have an unhealthy selection of hoodies with nearly 40 in my wardrobe at home.
What’s your favourite way to start the day?
Catch up with emails, make sure the lads are all okay and know the latest plan for the day then a grab a brew ready to tackle the chaos.
If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?
Looking into the future, I would love to know how things plan out.
What’s your go‑to brew order?
Not fussy really, tea or coffee with no sugar, plenty of milk and I am known to let it go cold before I drink it.
🏗️ Your Role at Buckhurst
What does a typical day look like in your role?
There isn't a typical day at Buckhurst. Generally, organise any breakdowns that come in first thing in the morning for the day and then work in and around any others that come through during the day.
What do you enjoy most about working at Buckhurst?
I enjoy the variety of different tasks I can be involved in, it can be anything from ordering parts, to sorting breakdowns and maintenance, to going out on a breakdown in the middle of the night with my partner Sam who also works at Buckhurst.
What achievement are you most proud of in your role so far?
I think I am most proud of the role I started in at Buckhurst to where I am today. Starting at Buckhurst over 2 years ago in parts/stores to now being in Service and organising the breakdowns and maintenance.
What’s one thing you think customers would be surprised to learn about your job?
Customers would be surprised to learn that my job role doesn't just stop at service, I am the go-to in our office for any IT issues and get asked on a daily basis 'Chloe, how do I do this?' when it comes to anything computer related or 'can you help with this?'.
What's your biggest motivation?
My biggest motivation is job satisfaction; I love the feeling when something you have planned has worked out well and all parties involved are happy with the result.
If you could swap roles with someone in the business for a day, who would it be and why?
That's a hard one, at the moment I don't think I would like to swap with anyone. I enjoy my job role and the day-to-day tasks and challenges.
