When every second counts on the fireground, operational crews cannot afford a sudden drop in pressure. Running simultaneous high- and low-pressure lines often leads to inconsistent hose output and pressure loss, putting attack teams at risk and slowing suppression efforts.

Engineered with true independent multi-pressure capabilities, the Godiva Prima Series features a two-stage centrifugal design with both low- and high-pressure impellers on a single stainless steel shaft. This ensures dual attack lines remain fully powered simultaneously, delivering uncompromised performance under heavy demand.

Beyond raw performance, the entire Prima family is designed to optimize your fleet:
🔹 Compact Footprint: Maximize valuable compartment space on your vehicle for additional rescue gear and tools.
🔹 Rapid Water Delivery: Fast-acting twin piston primers ensure instant water lift when drafting from open sources.
🔹 Built-in Versatility: Modular manifold layouts with light alloy or gunmetal options ensure maximum corrosion resistance and low whole-life maintenance costs.
🔹 Global Compliance: Built and tested to meet international standards (including EN1028).

Whether mounted midship or rear, the Prima Series gives emergency response teams the ultimate combination of speed, safety, and versatility on scene.

Frequent radio requests for pressure adjustments during an interior attack indicate hydraulic friction volatility, not operator oversight.

When multiple attack lines are deployed off a single pump, opening or closing a second discharge causes instant pressure shifts on active lines. In zero-visibility environments, the attack team experiences immediate nozzle flow changes, forcing manual radio requests back to the panel: "Bump up line 1."

Manual throttling under fireground conditions creates cognitive overload for the operator who must simultaneously monitor water supply, radio traffic, and scene safety.

Automation provides operational capacity where it is needed most.

SAMFlows integrates closed-loop pressure sensing directly with electronic discharge valves and the engine governor. When flow demand changes on any discharge line, the system adjusts individual valves and engine speed within milliseconds to maintain set-point nozzle pressure automatically.

The operational outcome:
• Zero radio requests for line pressure adjustments.
• Constant nozzle pressure during multi-line operations.
• The operator stays focused on scene logistics and crew safety.

Automating routine fluid dynamics allows operators to focus on tactical safety.

Every year in the UK, an estimated 48,000 children are placed into emergency care and accommodation. In most cases, these relocations happen rapidly, leaving children without access to basic personal belongings or everyday comfort items during an already overwhelming transition.

To support those critical first 48 hours in care, the team at our Warwick site partnered with The Buddy Bag Foundation. Employees from every department across the facility set aside time to pack 96 individual Buddy Bags, ensuring each package was filled with essential hygiene products, pyjamas, educational materials, and comfort items.

With more than 90% of our Warwick workforce participating in the assembly, the collective effort also qualified for a $5,000 grant through the IDEX Foundation programme. This financial contribution directly supports the foundation's ongoing logistics and supply network across the UK.

As a manufacturer producing critical waterflow technology for first responders worldwide, community support is an extension of our core mission. When our industry protects communities on the ground, we help ensure the most vulnerable are not left behind. 🌐

In mid-mount and rear-mount installations, compromise on water delivery is a constant operational risk.

When crews simultaneously require high-pressure reel attack lines and low-pressure main lines, conventional single-stage systems can force a drop in flow consistency. The Godiva Prima series addresses this directly through a multi-pressure engineering layout that operates low and high pressure independently from a single pump shaft.

Designed for seamless integration into European apparatus compartments, the Prima features a low-pressure impeller coupled with an optional multi-stage high-pressure unit. The system allows operators to run high-pressure hose reels up to 40 bar while maintaining full low-pressure discharge at the main outlets. Thermal relief valves and integrated priming systems come built into the casing, minimizing pipework overhead during vehicle builds.

For vehicle specifiers, fewer external components mean faster installation times and reduced weight on the chassis.

Manual pressure adjustments from the pump operator shouldn't slow down line deployment.

In high-stress attack operations, traditional water delivery relies on constant radio communication between the attack team and the pump operator. The SAMFlows system changes this workflow by pairing automated pressure management with a smart nozzle directly at the line.

The system gives attack teams self-charging hose lines, letting crews establish their own water flow independently. At the nozzle, an integrated display provides live water status information, while automated pressure stabilization maintains exact preset pressure regardless of sudden elevation or line changes. In heavy smoke environments, the pump operator can remotely trigger an integrated rescue light on the nozzle to help teams locate dropped gear immediately. 🌐⚡

On the line: How much compartment volume do you actually have reserved for portable pumps?

Apparatus layouts vary significantly across European stations, from compact rural rescue vehicles to full-size urban pumpers. Space constraints usually dictate whether a portable pump stays permanently mounted or deployed on a slide.

We built the Blaze Warrior 10/10 with a 0.24 m³ footprint to fit both configurations without reducing water output (1,000 l/min at 10 bar). The configurable front or side discharge valves allow departments to build the compartment around their workflow, not around the pump casing.

Total Waterflow Control: Maximizing Efficiency with SAMFlows 💦🤖

Godiva Product Manager Guy Jackson highlights the advanced operational capabilities of our SAMFlows total waterflow control system when paired seamlessly with a smart nozzle. This integration introduces four major technological advantages designed to improve safety, speed, and precision for crews on the ground.

First, the system gives attack teams the power of self-charging lines, allowing firefighters to manage their own water flow independently without the traditional need to call back to the pump operator for water. At the same time, the smart nozzle provides continuous, live water status information directly to the user on the line. One of the most critical engineering advantages is the automated pressure stabilization; SAMFlows ensures that the correct pressure is maintained at the nozzle at all times, automatically adjusting for any sudden elevation changes rather than relying solely on manual pump adjustments. Finally, to counter the dangers of low-visibility environments, an integrated rescue light on the nozzle can be instantly activated by the pump operator, allowing teams to quickly relocate dropped or lost equipment in heavy smoke.

For departments looking for these exact discharge benefits in a more streamlined configuration, we also offer SAMFlows Light.
