🎉 Five years of Owning Hortec! 🎉

Five years ago, we took ownership of Hortec Grow with Technology Ltd — and what a ride it’s been!

Busy days, unexpected challenges, plenty of problem-solving, lots of tea ☕, plenty of laughs, and more than a few “well… that didn’t go to plan!” moments 😂

This week alone has included a trip to Javo Holland 🇳🇱, servicing, machine demos, sales, parts, testing for a new installation… and, of course, a breakdown! All fixed now! 😅

We’re a small team of six, so everyone plays a huge part in keeping things moving. A massive thank you to our team for all your hard work, knowledge, commitment and good humour. ❤️

And to our customers, suppliers, partners, friends and family — thank you for your support, trust and encouragement over the last five years. It really does mean a lot.

Today, we’re putting work to one side for a while, raising a glass 🥂 and celebrating five years!

Five years down… and plenty more to come! 🚀🌱

Now… where’s that cake? 🎂😂

🌱 Great feedback from Crowders Nurseries!

It’s always fantastic to receive feedback from customers, and we’re delighted to share this testimonial from Crowders Nurseries as we head into next week’s Four Oaks Trade Show.

“ Steve and the team at Hortec have been supplying Javo potting machines and tray fillers to Crowders Nurseries for many years. This important partnership is supported by Hortec’s reliable equipment supply, servicing and expert advice.

Steve has always made the time to support our projects, ensuring that both new and existing machinery is set up in the most efficient way possible to optimise production. His knowledge and commitment to customer service have been invaluable to our business.”

A big thank you to the team at Crowders for taking the time to share such great feedback. Long-term partnerships like this are something we’re incredibly proud of, and we look forward to continuing to support Crowders with their equipment and automation needs.

📍 Heading to Four Oaks next week? Come and see us and have a chat with the team.

Steve will also be taking part in a seminar on horticultural automation, joining the panel to discuss how automation can help improve efficiency and productivity in horticulture.

We look forward to seeing you at the show! 🌿
