K20 sump removed, cleaned, drop in baffle installed & refitted to EP3 just in time for Japfest

k20 head initially failed a VAC test on cylinder 4. We stripped it down, thoroughly cleaned it and reconditioned the existing valves. The seats on cylinder 4 were then cut and the valves refitted. We gave it a light skim and a final VAC test was carried out, which it passed successfully

Subaru WRX head build
Fully stripped, cleaned, and built back up with all clearances set. The valves topped and tailed to the correct spec for solid buckets.

VR6 full cylinder head overhaul complete

Head stripped and inspected revealling bent exhaust valves and worn guides.

New guides and valves fitted, seats precision-cut, buckets measured, mating surface cleaned and skimmed.

Fully rebuilt with new gaskets, seals, head bolts, timing chain, guide, and tensioner and finished off with a clean coat of paint.

RB26 Passed it VAC test.
This engine was completely stripped down, new guides installed and seats cut. Valves were faced and the head built back up ready to go 💪
