About Us.
Lymm Engine Components Ltd is a leading specialist supplier of engine components to the automotive trade. We supply high-quality parts for engine repair, rebuilding, performance and motorsport applications to engineers, workshops, and specialists to our worldwide customer base
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy office team.
This is a key role within our business where you will be advising professional customers on engine components and helping them identify the correct parts for their applications.
You will be working with engine builders, mechanics, and performance specialists, so a strong technical understanding and the ability to learn quickly are essential, full training and support will be given.
Key Responsibilities.
Advising customers on engine components and technical parts enquiries
Identifying correct parts using catalogues and supplier systems
Processing orders via phone, email, and trade systems
Supporting engine builders, repair specialists, and performance workshops
Maintaining high levels of customer service and technical support
Requirements.
Previous experience working in a motor factor is preferred
Good knowledge of automotive engine components preferred
Strong technical learning ability
Confident speaking with trade customers and engineers
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable.
Knowledge of engine rebuilding or performance parts
Experience with supplier catalogues and parts lookup systems
