Big thanks to Tesco (warrington extra), LEW (warrington branch) & TN Robinson (warrington branch), for their kind donations also, which were greatly received at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust👌

PME Projects are delighted to announce their appointment to the Fusion21 Facilities Management Framework Agreement.

The four-year Agreement will see PME providing a wide range of commercial electrical and domestic electrical services, working across the North West, up to Cumbria and across and down into Wales.

Successful in being selected in both lots they chose to submits tenders for, PME anticipate a share of an estimated spend of around £30 million over the next four years for works which will include:

External Lighting Systems including Security Lighting, External Car Park / Street Lighting, External Address Box Signs.

Periodic Fixed Wire Testing and Inspection, Appliance Testing Lamp and Tube Replacement Service, Storage Heaters, Lightening Conductors and Property Rewiring.

As well as working closely with social providers (social housing associations) and the wider public sector delivering the electrical works, the appointment ensures that PME will create local employment opportunities to expand its team of Warrington-based NIEIC certified electricians.

For each £1 million of contracted works awarded, PME will be creating 1.5 local employment opportunities for trainee electricians in Warrington and across the North West.
Speaking about the appointment Paul Moore, PME Director, said:

“The appointment to the Framework Agreement is brilliant news for everyone at PME. We have a fantastic opportunity to show the social housing and public sectors the quality of both our core electrical services and how we go the extra mile for our Clients.

The framework has tremendous potential to transform the future of PME, to help us continue to improve, to expand, to create local employment opportunities and provide advancement openings for the existing team.

We’re thrilled to bits, are eagerly awaiting our first contract and look forward to building a strong partnership in the coming years.”
