Our Kit Canopy system is designed for customers who want a quality, permanent canopy without the hassle of a complicated installation.

Supplied as a complete DIY kit, they’re:

✅ Available in a range of set sizes
✅ Bespoke sizes available
✅ Made from quality aluminium
✅ Available in white or anthracite RAL7016
✅ Supplied with 16mm five-wall polycarbonate
✅ Integral drainage – no PVC guttering required
✅ Self-supporting spans of up to 4m

Our recycled-content opal multiwall polycarbonate is made using regrind from polycarbonate offcuts and is available in 10mm and 16mm.

And the great thing is, choosing recycled content doesn’t mean paying a premium – it can actually be more cost-effective than standard multiwall polycarbonate.

We can cut full sheets down to the exact size you need, with full sheet sizes up to 6m x 2.1m.

So you can reduce waste, make a more sustainable choice and potentially save money on your project.

Narrow rafters? No problem! 👌

Finding the right glazing bar can be tricky when your rafters are only 50mm wide. The last thing you want is to look up at your finished roof and see the gasket overhanging the edge of the rafter. 😬

That’s where our P501 Rafter Supported Glazing Bar comes in.

✅ Designed for minimum 50mm wide rafters
✅ Suitable for solid and multiwall polycarbonate
✅ Suitable for glass
✅ Screw down system
✅ Powder coated quality aluminium top cap - White and Brown
✅ Available in 3m and 4m lengths

The P501 is designed to sit neatly on narrower rafters, helping you achieve a clean finish without excess gasket hanging over the sides.

Narrow rafters shouldn’t mean compromising on the finish.
