One of our friends from the OGA brought their vessel ‘Catsnip’ to the yard for some pre summer works.
We set about removing the antifouling and preparing the hull for copper coating, then we applied 5 layers of copper coating and after time to harden off we hoisted the vessel and applied copper coat to the centre plate too.
New windows, woodwork varnished and a full machine polish and wax finished the project off and ready for summer sailing.

We’re excited to share that our boatyard now has brand new electricity meters with reusable cards - a smarter, greener alternative to the disposable ones used in most marinas and the older areas onsite.

This upgrade means less waste, more convenience, and a step forward in making our facilities more eco‑friendly while delivering reliable shore power for your boats.

We’re planning a site visit from solar experts to discuss the potential gains from PV panels fitted to our workshop roofs.
