The difference a service can make to your machine. TLC applied to this mulitvac machine at this picturesque restaurant in Sutton Coldfield.

Service contract now in place to look after this restaurants and the owners other restaurants machines to ensure that this don't become an issue again.

A visit conducted last week to the lovely Welshpool. First was a breakdown, simple replacement of a wire and connector soon got one customer up and running.

Then was onto a vac packer that had seen no servicing for over 2 years. The machine was stripped, all service parts replaced, seal bars redressed, pump flushed and then filled with new oil and filters. Machine was left in optimum working condition, with a service plan now put in place to prevent it going over due again.

Nice little trip out to Willow game today to install this brand new kolbe MWE52 in place ready to take on the work load as its 2002 relative has now retired for the quieter life.

We look forward to a return visit in the New Year to give all the equipment a much deserved service after the busy Christmas period.

Prevention is always better then downtime in any environment.

Preventative maintenance visit carried out to this customer on a Friday afternoon as it's the customers only quiet time.

All machines given the attention and repairs they needed to keep them operating at 100% without worry.

Customer thought this Turbovac was ready for the scrapman, but we knew there was life in it yet. Pump removed, cleaned and new components fitted. Machine then fully serviced and tested, working like a new machine at a fraction of the cost to replace with new.

Machine returned ready for the big Christmas rush that's fast approaching.

It's been a while ( mainly because of been flat out busy keeping customers producing) but here's a few of whats been done, from ice bag production right through to gearboxes shearing the mounts. Never a problem we always endeavour to get all machines back to full functionality with minimal downtime and of course keeping costs as low as possible. Hey we even manged to sell some sundrie items in between all this 😏

Be careful what people advertise as highly refurbished 😒
Input and output seals leaking like a sieve on this Thomspon mixer grinder after 30 mins of use, not ideal for this busy customer who thought it would be an ideal replacement machine if one ever went down, unfortunately the worst happened and a change of machines was required.

A quick welding repair carried out on site to the main workhorse got the customer producing again. Faulty gearbox removed from site and returned to workshops, worked some magic (actually repaired it) returned and fitted on site.

Happy customer with two fully functioning machines.

Why replace when it can be repaired at a fraction of the cost. All genuine parts used, pump is now back up and running like new from the factory, collected and returned same day.

If only the customer had contacted us first instead of paying out for a pump he didnt need with his previous "service" providers.

Customer has also taken out a preventative maintenance service contract/annual service visit with ourselves to further combat any possible down time on his REX'S, Thompson Mixer grinders, hoists, Talsa bowl choppers the list goes on.
