Here’s how to understand water hardness levels, measured in parts per million of calcium carbonate.

💧 Soft: up to 100ppm
💧 Slightly hard: 100-150ppm
💧 Moderately hard: 150-200ppm

The CMA AH Energy Mizer is a single-rack, straight-through commercial dishwasher that utilises chemical sanitisation rather than high-heat booster heaters to clean. It relies on a low-temperature wash paired with sanitising chemicals.

Because it operates on low-temperature water, it does not require a built-in booster heater or tank heater, making it more energy-efficient to run. It also includes a built-in purge system that eliminates soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle, improving sanitation.
