E92 M3 | Rear Upright Bolt Failure 🔧

A failed rear upright bolt allowed movement in the assembly, resulting in the CV boot being destroyed and the driveshaft needing attention.

With the car heading to the Nürburgring the following week, a fresh driveshaft was sourced and fitted. The original will be rebuilt in due course.

All BMW hardware on the rear uprights was replaced, giving the car a thorough check-over and, most importantly, restoring confidence before the trip.

While it was in, an AIRTEC exhaust bracket was also fitted.

Top job on this E92 M3, unreal build, hats off to Connie and Jamie Pinnacle Motorsport LTD on this one.

I originally set this car up a few years ago, and since then it’s undergone a full build. Epic to see how far it’s come!

We’ve made a few changes to the setup this time around, taking some of the aggression out of the car and making it more usable and enjoyable to drive. It should now be an absolute blast.

Always good catching up with Jamie at Pinnacle Motorsport his workmanship is unmatched as always.

BMW M2 Competition 🚀

Another M2 Competition in the Speed Shop for a chassis upgrade and full geometry setup.

🔧 Bilstein suspension

With the hardware dialled in, the car was finished off with a full geometry setup, bringing everything together and getting the chassis working as it should.

RS6 C8 | KW HAS KIT 🚀

This awesome-spec C8 RS6 came into Joey’s Speed Shop for a KW Height Adjustable Spring (HAS) kit and full geometry setup.

The previous kit had suffered from corrosion, with the adjusters and threads heavily seized and the springs becoming borderline roadworthy — so the decision was made to replace the kit completely.

New KW HAS kit installed, with all threads cleaned and lubricated, while the exposed components were treated with ACF-50 to help protect against the elements.

Finished off with a full geometry setup and this RS6 is now sitting right, driving right and ready to rock & roll🔥

BMW M3 Touring 🚀

This M3 Touring came into Joey’s Speed Shop for a geometry setup, but inspection quickly uncovered a few issues that needed addressing first.

The rear ride-height adjusters were seized, with the car sitting far too low. Once the springs were removed, they were found to be snapped, with further damage also identified on the front struts.

The customer opted for a fresh setup with Eibach springs and adjustable Nitron droplinks.

Finished off with a full geometry setup, getting everything dialled in and working as it should.

Ready to hit the road again 🏁

Already running some great chassis upgrades, including Millway camber plates and rear toe arms, giving us the extra adjustment needed to dial the car in properly.

Nitron adjustable droplinks also installed and correctly set at ride height as part of the geometry setup.
