🚛🔧 Powder Tanker Leg Mount Repair & Replacement Completed 🔧🚛
Repair and replacement carried out on a damaged powder tanker leg mount after wear and damage affected stability and safety.
The damaged section was removed, a new mount fitted, and all welding, alignment, and reinforcement work completed to get the tanker safely back into service. 💪

🚧 Spitzer Tank Leg Mount Replacement – Job Done Right! 🚧
One of our recent jobs involved replacing a severely bent leg mount on a Spitzer tank. The original mount had taken a serious knock, leaving the tank unstable and unsafe for operation.
🔧 What we did: • Removed the damaged leg mount
• Fabricated and fitted a new heavy-duty replacement mount
• Precisely aligned and welded the new section
• Ensured the tank was fully supported and structurally sound again

Another powder tanker completed and ready to roll ✅

This one came into the workshop needing extensive attention, and we have carried out multiple repairs to return it to safe working order. The tanker had voids heavily filled with product and required a full strip-down and clean-out before repair work could begin.

A lot of work went into this job, but it’s now back operating safely, efficiently, and ready for service again. 🧑‍🏭🧑‍🏭

Gardner denver compressor seized up on this truck, Compressor removed off the truck, Stripped down and repaired then reffited to the truck and built back up and tested all in the same day.

Quick call out job for a saturday afternoon after this stunning scania S650 decided to start running lumpy.

New genuine fuel filters fitted and bowls all cleaned out. Customer notified that the fuel tank requires washing out. Now on his way to amsterdam to deliver his load 👍

Last big job of the year ticked off ✅️

Power pack frame split/ rotten so pack removed, engine frame removed and new frame fabricated and fitted.

Power packs had its anual service whilst off having all new filters, fluids and coolant with a thorough inspection and deep clean whilst off making it alot easier!

Pack refitted onto new frame and ran up and tested ready to go back to work for a busy 2026!

Customer reported to us that his tank keeps coming back down on it own when tipping.

After inspecting the tip system we found it to have no hydraulic oil in the tank so 170litres was added, then once tipped the pump was turning backwards letting the tank drop so a one way check valve fitted on the pump outlet and problem solved!
