👏🏻 We're delighted to have been able to support Margaret Green Animal Rescue with this donation to help improve access around their Church Knowle centre.

🚚 A special mention goes to our driver, Ian, who delivered the bags of our Dorset Type 1 aggregate and represented Suttles on site. It's always great to know that the work our team does can make a real difference to such a worthwhile local charity.

🤝🏻 Thank you to everyone at Margaret Green Animal Rescue for the incredible care and dedication you show to your rescue animals every day. We're proud to play a small part in supporting the valuable work you do. 🐾

🏅 Following on from our post about the RHS Chelsea Flower Show last week, we’re proud to share that the Addleshaw Goddard: Flourish in the City garden designed by has been awarded both a RHS Gold Medal and the RHS Chelsea Small Garden of the Year 2026!

🪨 We were delighted to supply large sawn topped Purbeck Portland stone boulders from our Swanworth Quarry in Worth Matravers near Swanage for this fabulous award-winning garden.

👏🏻 It’s rewarding to see British natural stone playing such a prominent role in a garden celebrating nature, wellbeing, and green spaces within the city. Our latest blog shares more about the project, the journey from quarry to Chelsea, and how our stone became part of this incredible show garden.

🤔 Ordering chippings and aggregates for the first time can feel a bit confusing.

One of the main questions we ask customers when they’re ordering for the first time is: “Do you want it loose or bagged?”

And we get it, what’s the difference? Why does it matter?

👇 Here’s the key things to know

🪨 Bagged:
✅ Best for smaller amounts
✅ Keeps your material neat and contained, especially useful if you're not using it straight away
✅ Can be placed in a convenient location

🚚 Loose:
✅ More cost effective for larger quantities
✅ Quicker unloading
✅ Ideal if you’re using the material straight away

👋 Not sure which option is best for your project? Give us a call or send us a message and we’ll happily help you choose the right one!

📲 Or, if you already know what you need, you can shop aggregates and chippings directly on our website anytime...
