📍 A trip down to Cornwall for an exciting new project!

This week, our Sales Manager headed down to Cornwall to visit a project that’s starting to take shape, with the parking areas and pedestrian routes currently being planned.

At this stage, choosing the right surfacing solution can make a big difference to how a site performs for years to come.

Parking doesn’t always have to mean large areas of impermeable surfacing. With the right ground reinforcement solution, it’s possible to create durable access while helping manage surface water, supporting SuDS requirements and keeping a more natural-looking finish that works with the surrounding landscape 🌱

Now this is a creative use of EcoGrid! 🚲🌱
We absolutely loved seeing this!
The team at Stramash have completely transformed their outdoor space with new pathways and a brilliant pump track for the children to enjoy.
It’s always great seeing EcoGrid used in different ways, especially when it’s part of a project that gets children outdoors and brings the local community together.
A huge well done to all the volunteers and the team from RAF Lossiemouth Traffic Control who helped make it happen!

🍟 Not your average McDonald's car park...

This project in the Czech Republic shows just how effective EcoGrid Bloxx can be for commercial developments. The parking bays have been finished with our concrete inserts, creating a smart diagonal pattern that gives the whole site a clean, modern look.

As well as looking great, the surface is built to handle daily traffic while allowing rainwater to drain naturally through the paving.
