Delivering a facade like this is never off-the-shelf.

From the earliest stages, project-specific samples and close factory collaboration played an important role in refining the bespoke terracotta system, ensuring the final result reflected the architectural vision exactly as intended.

Captured beautifully by CorporatePhotos.co.uk, this footage of Trinity House showcases the bespoke terracotta tiles from every angle, revealing how the iridescent finish shifts and evolves with changing light throughout the day.

Bold in form and distinctive in detail, Trinity House, Oxford reimagines what terracotta cladding can achieve. ✨

Defined by its iridescent green finish and concave tile profile, the terracotta facade introduces depth and movement across the elevation, responding to the changing light throughout the day.

Designed by Niazi Roden and delivered by McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd, we are proud to have supported the delivery of this striking scheme alongside the wider project team.

A contemporary residential neighbourhood shaped by collaboration, context and careful brick specification 🧱.

Located in the heart of Manchester, Kampus transforms a former university campus into a series of interconnected buildings that take inspiration from the city’s history.

Working alongside Chapman Taylor, Mount Anvil and Marlborough Construction Services Limited, our Facade Consultant, Simon D Jones, supported the team from the early design stages through to project delivery. He ultimately identified the right facing brick for the scheme, one that would bring warmth, texture and a timelessness to the development.
