That’s two full engine builds completed and another one already underway in the workshop.

Every engine that comes through our doors is fully stripped, cleaned, inspected and rebuilt with care. We take the time to check tolerances, measure clearances and use quality parts throughout the build process to ensure the finished engine is built to last.

The preparation and assembly work that goes on behind the scenes is just as important as the finished result, and it’s something we take great pride in.

Engine block has been hot washed, stripped down and fully prepped, then freshly painted ready for reassembly.

This 2.2 RWD build is getting the full treatment from the ground up, with new components going in throughout to make sure everything is done properly and built to last, not just thrown together.

We don’t rush jobs like this — every surface gets checked, cleaned and measured so everything goes back together within spec. It’s all about reliability and doing the job right the first time.

Looking forward to getting this one back together and hearing it run once it’s finished.

Full engine strip down and rebuild 🔧

This is the part people don’t see. Every component is cleaned, inspected and measured before assembly. Crankshaft checked for tolerances, new bearings fitted, piston rings gapped and measured to spec, and every clearance verified throughout the build.

No shortcuts, just quality parts, precision measurements and attention to detail to ensure a reliable engine rebuild.

Final stretch on this wet belt failure. 🔧

A worn wet belt can lead to serious engine damage if left too long, which is why staying on top of replacement intervals is so important. Prevention is always cheaper than a rebuild.

⚙️ Full engine rebuild currently underway after a major internal failure.

During strip-down we found severe piston damage which had contaminated the oil system with metal debris throughout the engine. The unit is now being fully inspected, cleaned and rebuilt using quality replacement components to ensure reliability going forward.

This is a good example of why early diagnosis is important — unusual noises, smoke, loss of power or warning lights should always be investigated before further damage occurs.

✅Fixed the power steering

Slowly bringing this one back to life and getting it sorted properly.
