Today marks 20 years since Blueprint began.
A lot has changed in that time - the technology, the products, the scale of the business - but the people behind Blueprint have always been central to its character.
Over the years, their knowledge, ideas, experience and humour have all played a part in building the company we know today.
Twenty years is a significant milestone, but more than anything, it is a reflection of the people who have helped shape Blueprint along the way.
