On site in sunny Kendal today carrying out replacement of the rotary hydraulic coupling on this Takeuchi TB370. An awkward job!🤦‍♂️
Unfortunately a unit which can’t be resealed meaning the whole unit had to be replaced using genuine parts💪

Out to a good regular customer this morning for a breakdown call out first thing, manitou telehandler sprung a bad engine oil leak. Diagnosed this morning, parts collected from clitheroe by the customer whilst I attended a case 5120 broken down @ newby bridge, and back later in the day to get the manitou back up and running , plus a basic engine service.🚜🐄

A busy few weeks behind me and a lot of work booked in for the next couple. A big thanks to all my customers for the continued work, you all know who you are 😎💪

Big iron this morning returning to this CAT 980G shovel💪 A boom down function fault was diagnosed on Monday after being stuck in the air, back to work today after fitting new parts🪝

Another John Deere gator this afternoon that had popped its bottom ball joint, a common fault I deal with often! Repaired where it broke down and back up and running🐊
It’s Worth having these checked along with the other common faults if you run one!

Repairs carried out today on this Navara NP300 for a local customer who’s fleet of vehicles & machines I maintain 🪵🟠🌳

Removing the gearbox revealed the cause of the clutch issues, a leaking g/box input shaft seal had contaminated the clutch components causing the clutch to disintegrate. Front cover removed and cleaned up, new seals fitted. Refitted and mobile again ready for work tomorrow💪
