We are a well-established and fast-growing structural steel fabrication company delivering high-quality steelwork projects across Cornwall and the South West. Due to continued expansion and a strong order book, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Steel Site Erector / Fabricator to join our team.

About the Role
The role will involve a combination of workshop fabrication and on-site steel er****on, working on a variety of structural and architectural steel projects including commercial, industrial, agricultural, and bespoke installations.
We are looking for someone who is practical, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabrication and assembly of structural steelwork from technical drawings
* Installation and er****on of steel structures on site
* MIG welding and general fabrication duties
* Interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings accurately
* Safe use of fabrication equipment, hand tools, and machinery
* Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and site safety
* Collaborating effectively with workshop and site teams
* Supporting efficient project delivery to deadlines
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience within structural steel fabrication and site er****on
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* MIG welding experience essential
* CSCS card preferred
* IPAF, CPCS, or additional site certifications advantageous
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Strong work ethic with a reliable and professional attitude
