I'm totally addicted to foiling! from winging, to prone towing and most recently Parawinging. Between all these disciplines, there's a good session on the cards most days!

Escaping the crowds and riding previously unrideable waves feels amazing. Coming from a surfing and surf-lifesaving background, foiling has combined the insight of tapping into this energy on bigger surf-lifesaving craft on downwinders and small surf days with the surfing manoeuvrability and playfulness.

I've also loved pushing myself too, towing and winging in bigger, more consequential waves.

It's amazing to see how much progress there's been in the kit and everyone's riding standards in the last few years. I'm very excited to see what the next few years hold.
