Many types of architectural antiques, new and reclaimed building materials supplied and sourced. Large range of pavers in stock as well as handmade and wire cut bricks.

Recently updated, the bricks are in numbered pigeon holes that correspond to the numbered aisles in the yard. How simple is that?! 🙂
Of course, we’ve not the room to list every type of brick, so these are the most popular. Countless others require a wander up the yard, brick in hand, trying to match colour, size, style, texture etc. And you thought a brick was just a brick 😁

A quick Waltz around the cast iron stoves. It might seem an odd time to take a look at these, what with summer literally around the corner. But installing a reclaimed cast iron stove requires planning and preparation.

Refurbishing a stove, laying a suitable hearth stone and checking with the obligatory building regs, can take a little while. So start the process now, and by the Autumn you’ll be ready to light the fire! 🔥

Testing times at the yard this week 😁. We’re trying out a couple of different forklift options to bolster the old JCB, which is still going strong but needs a stablemate.

The Manitou you see here is the first machine in for test, who knows what’s next? 🤷

In case you’re wondering, Manitou originally refers to a spiritual and supernatural power inherent in all things, stemming from Algonquian mythology.

The Manitou we have here is pretty good, but perhaps god-like is a bit of a stretch 😅

A lovely customer sent us some photos to show how the Egyptian limestone she had from us a while ago turned out.

We love the colour combo of antique blue/grey and the buff cream colour of the limestone. But what caught our eye was the reclaimed chimney pot finding new purpose as an umbrella stand. Such a good idea!

What’s the best use of an old chimney pot you’ve ever seen. And let’s not have “chimney pot” as an answer! (You know who you are 😉).

Remember the weird, black-wrapped item we had delivered just before the flower show? Well, this is it, and yes, a couple of you got it right, it’s a water feature 😃.

Launched by at this year’s show, we’re proud to have the first stock of this fab garden feature, named the Provence.

Pop into the yard to have a proper close up look! 👀😊
