A Big Thank You to ASC - Next Day Metals! 🏏

A couple of weeks ago, we were lucky enough to be invited by Phil and Liam Wilkinson from ASC - Next Day Metals to an evening at the Northampton 20:20 cricket – and what a fantastic evening it was!

We had a great time catching up with other guests in the Lynn Wilson suite, including friends from EBC Brakes, Henderson Fabrication, and others. It was a brilliant opportunity to connect, share stories, and enjoy the game in good company.

It was also a real treat to revisit some history – Mens Own Rugby Club, one of the clubs close to our hearts, featured in the suite’s memorabilia. Tom played there in his earlier years, and Pete coached after his time with Saints, so it was a nostalgic moment for the Stable Fabrication crew.

Special thanks to Gavin Warren, President of Northants County Cricket, for making us feel welcome and checking in during the evening.

We’re incredibly grateful to Liam and Phil for the invite – here's to more great evenings and strong partnerships. 👏

💚 Honouring Saints History 🖤💛

Ahead of this weekend’s Investec Champions Cup final, Tom Sweet, Rebecca Sweet, and Tom’s mum visited the “Black, Green and Golden Age of Northampton Saints” exhibition at Franklin’s Gardens – a powerful tribute to the club’s legacy and to Tom’s father, Peter Sweet, who played for Saints from 1966–1982.

The family donated personal memorabilia and shared a moving moment in the dressing room, where Peter’s name now sits beneath the No.13 shirt – currently worn by Fraser Dingwall.

Huge thanks to the Saints Heritage team for keeping these stories alive.

The exhibition is free to attend, and we highly encourage fans to visit and explore the club’s proud legacy.

• Experience setting and operating 3, 4 & 5-axis machines to high standards
• Hypermill programming & Fanuc controls experience is an advantage
