🚧 Crane Operator Wanted 🚧

Due to an increasing workload, Berry Cranes Ltd are looking for an experienced crane operator to join our team.

We’re ideally looking for someone experienced operating both Bocker cranes and All Terrains, who is reliable, safety conscious, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

We’re a family run business with a good team around us and long standing customers, so we’re looking for somebody who fits in well and wants to be part of that.

💰 What we offer:

• £17.50 per hour during core hours
• Core hours are:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm
• Time and a half for the first 4 overtime hours
• Double time after that

Plus:
✔ Bonus scheme worth up to £8 per day, paid monthly under qualifying conditions
✔ £15 mobile phone allowance
✔ 9% workplace pension fully paid by us, employees don’t have to contribute unless they choose to

CPCS or NPORS card essential.

A good day on site… and proof that two lifting teams are better than one 😉
Our Böcker AK48 out working alongside Harry Bedford from Bedford Lifting Solutions on this project, combining forces to get everything where it needed to be, safely and without drama (which is always the goal!).
Tight access, working at height, and plenty of coordination required, but between us all, it went exactly to plan.
Really pleased to be working with Bedford Lifting Solutions, a new company in the industry and definitely one to watch 👀
Always good to support others who share the same approach to getting the job done right.
