Sometimes you can’t win them all
This bmw 1 series came to me with a very serious scraping noise coming from the drivers front area on an initial inspection it was deemed to have a worn arm bushes when removing the wheels and putting the car in the air the realization of the bent shock became the apparent cause of issue however the arm was worn out and replaced with agreement that the customer would come back to have the shock done at a later date while replacing the arm did fix the noise, the job was not paid for. My own fault, I usually will wait for payment first before letting a car go but I had gained some misplaced trust. A public announcement that everybody has to work hard for their money and business and to have the work done you have to pay I won’t be making that mistake again
