The most versatile harrow on the market, the well proven tine and chain hybrid is highly effective at levelling loose soil and dung, tearing out weeds and dead grass whilst introducing new seed at the same time. Whether that is patching up with new grass seed, introducing a nutritious herbal mix or establishing a wildflower meadow, the Scarrow can do it all. And if you have a horse school or arena the Scarrow works well as a groomer on a wide range of surface types too. Probably the only harrow you will ever need!
The trailed Scarrow can be hitched to a quad bike, ATV, large lawn tractor or pick-up/4x4. The tractor mounted version is equipped with a standard category 1 three-point linkage suitable for most tractors of 20hp or above. All Scarrow's are British built, are UK CA certified and have a fully galvanised frame for long life.
The optional integrated seeder broadcaster takes a 12V supply from the vehicle and is controlled by a single switch located by the drivers seat. The unit is equipped with an electrically actuated seed cut-off slide and an infinitely variable speed control to optimise spread width. The seeder fits onto the Scarrow with a single clamp screw and is suitable for most types of seed and low volumes of fertiliser.
Also now available with front spring mounted levelling bar for knocking down mole hills or grading loose material.
