Denchi Denchi Group is a Scotland-based, employee-owned engineering and manufacturing business specialising in high-reliability battery systems.

We design and build mission-critical power solutions in a collaborative, people-driven culture. Denchi Group is a leading supplier of batteries and chargers for high-reliability applications, with over 25 years’ experience supporting mission-critical systems. Our products are used across communications, sensing and manned and unmanned platforms, including UAVs, UUVs and UGVs. While defence is an important market, we also deliver battery solutions for security, oil & gas and medical applications. As an employee-owned business, we invest for the long term, working closely with customers to design and manufacture robust power systems that meet demanding performance, safety and environmental requirements - even in the harshest conditions.

🏉 Last weekend, Denchi was delighted to sponsor and attend the Come Ashore Cup in Caithness.
Bringing together the Caithness Evergreens and Orkney Vikings, the event has become a fantastic opportunity for rugby veterans, friends, families and the wider community to reconnect, share stories and enjoy a great day of rugby.
The Come Ashore Cup continues to grow each year, creating an occasion that celebrates the camaraderie, friendship and sense of belonging that sport can foster, while also supporting important wellbeing initiatives within our rural communities.
We were proud to play a small part in supporting such a positive community event and would like to thank everyone involved in organising another memorable weekend.
A special mention to Flo Fischer, who represented Denchi at the event.

At the Caithness Jobs and How to Get Them event, organised by Developing the Young Workforce North Highland this weekend, we embraced the opportunity to connect with local job seekers and share career insights at Denchi. While we had some fun exploring the ChatGPT trend, our core message was very genuine, highlighting the exciting career opportunities we offer now and in the future.
We were particularly proud to see several attendees successfully complete our hands-on Production Operative recruitment tests - congratulations to our winners! Additionally, there was strong interest in our new Graduate Apprenticeship in Business Management based in Thurso, designed for those eager to develop a long-term career while continuing their growth. (No degree is required to apply.) If we didn’t have the chance to speak or you’re considering your next step, learn more about the apprenticeship here: https://hr.breathehr.com/v/graduate-apprenticeship-in-business-45151.
Sometimes, the right opportunity begins with a conversation—thank you to everyone who stopped by and shared their ambitions with us.
