We’re looking for a Customer Service Leader to join the Wetherby Laroc Group team. 👋

Based at Dalton, North Yorkshire, this is an opportunity to become part of an ambitious, innovation-led UK manufacturer behind brands including ecorend and Wethertex.

Working closely with our regional Technical Sales Managers, you’ll take ownership of the customer service experience across your allocated region – managing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, resolving queries and building strong, proactive relationships with our customers.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and experience in order processing and data entry.
