Sheet metal edges deburred. We can do this!

RSA is known in the market for producing machines for deburring hollow sections, tubes and bar made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. But we can do more!

With our RASAMAX® MONO and RASAMAX® DUO our portfolio also includes machines for deburring sheet metal edges.

The RASAMAX® MONO is used where portable sheet components with burrs and contours need to be deburred. You get a complete edge rounding without the formation of a secondary burr. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the machine also offers optimal working conditions.

With the RASAMAX® DUO, straight sheet metal edges are deburred. By using two counter-rotating deburring brushes on two offset planes, the upper and lower edges are deburred cleanly in a few seconds in a single operation. As with RASAMAX® MONO, there is no secondary burr nor surface marks.

Our after-sales service will present the highlights of this year’s trade fair appearance. With the “RSA Virtual Support System” and the “RSA Visual Support System”, we present two newly introduced service modules. Both take advantage of the possibilities of live video support to further optimise the areas of maintenance, inspection and servicing, primarily to significantly reduce overall downtimes. You can inspect both systems in operation at our booth and find out in detail about their functions and possible applications.

With the deburring centre RASAMAT Automat and the high-performance saw RASACUT SC, on the other hand, we present our reliable bestsellers, which we have upgraded in recent years with a technical upgrade and a more modern design.

The RASAMAT Automat is perfectly suited for deburring a wide range of extruded sections and tubes in batch runs. Both workpiece faces are deburred simultaneously and with an output of up to 1,800 workpieces per hour, the RASAMAT Automat is a real asset to your production. From now on, all functions are adjustable by servomotor, which makes the RASAMAT automatic machine particularly user-friendly and minimizes sources of error.

The RASACUT SC is our universal, versatile and highly precise single cut saw with a wide diameter range capacity, which not only guarantees high output, but also thanks to the new servomotor drives in the cutting stroke and in the deburring system, even very small batch sizes are cost effective with minimum set-up times. The use of the new axes also makes it possible to minimize offcuts to optimize the usage of the stock lengths. Thanks to its robust design, it can be used in the steel mill as well as for contract sawing. You can the high-performance saw with the RASAPLAN XY deburring system.

Our trade fair presentation is rounded off with a selection of our RSA deburring machines and metal circular saws of the RSA brand HÄBERLE.
