Next month we will be celebrating 20 years of JNM Engineering. A huge milestone for us!

Since 2006 we’ve been proud to support a wide range of developments, from single house schemes through to projects of over 300 homes and major infrastructure works.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be sharing some highlights from the past two decades.

We’re incredibly proud to share some exciting news — our very own Charlie, our 16-year-old apprentice engineer, has been named a finalist in the prestigious Build The Future Awards for Young Engineer of the Year!

Charlie has progressed to the final five in a national award that recognises young engineers who demonstrate outstanding technical skill, innovation, and dedication in their roles within the construction industry.

At just 16, Charlie is not only excelling in a demanding field but is also helping to shape the future of our sector. In a time when the industry faces a growing skills shortage and evolving workforce demands, the Build The Future Awards highlight young professionals who are not just succeeding — they are transforming the UK’s built environment.

Same day, two totally different instructions.

We were instructed in the design of all associated drainage, boat slipways and diversion to the haul road around airport runway at Gibraltar Airport.

On the same day, we were also instructed to complete a drainage design and tracking detail for a single house development in Shropshire.

Both clients and jobs were equally as important and exciting to work on.

The airport job is of course fantastic for the business as a great case study but the design for the property in Shropshire was the make or break for a developer.

No job is too small. Every client is treated the same. We provide the same top notch service and give the same attention to detail to all projects.
