Another very busy week coming to an end at RS Anodising!

We’re continuing to see more and more larger components coming through our doors, really putting the capacity of our anodising line to work.

With the ability to process components up to 2.4 metres long, we’re well equipped for those larger jobs that can be difficult to accommodate elsewhere.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve invested in a brand-new automated bead blast machine — after extensive trials, it’s now fully operational.

Capable of processing parts up to 800 mm in width, and a length of 3000mm.
The machine features 16 independent nozzles, each with adjustable PSI settings. This allows us to achieve a perfectly uniform finish across even the largest components.

We’re also pleased to announce that Bead-Blast and Bright-Anodise services are now live aswell which the results speak for themselves — exceptional quality and consistent uniformity, as shown in the photos.

We can now offer this advanced service to all our customers.
