Over the past couple of months, we’ve invested in a brand-new automated bead blast machine — after extensive trials, it’s now fully operational.
Capable of processing parts up to 800 mm in width, and a length of 3000mm.
The machine features 16 independent nozzles, each with adjustable PSI settings. This allows us to achieve a perfectly uniform finish across even the largest components.
We’re also pleased to announce that Bead-Blast and Bright-Anodise services are now live aswell which the results speak for themselves — exceptional quality and consistent uniformity, as shown in the photos.
We can now offer this advanced service to all our customers.
