A recent sheet metal project saw us manufacture and supply a basic, industrial styled metal cabinet for installation in a domestic kitchen environment.
The design was customer led and one-off parts made to their design hints.
The cabinet was fitted at the customer's timing and convenience by our experienced installation team.

We were called just before the recent bank holiday weekend to help out a local pharmaceutical company.
They presented us with a damaged machine door that needed replacing very urgently to maintain production targets.
We set to work using high impact resistant polycarbonate from our stock and completed and delivered the replacement door within 24hrs.
Happy customer again!

We were happy to work with a local food producer on some prototype ideas recently.
We were requested to add simple stainless steel covers to an existing production line.
The covers were designed with the customer and fabricated in our dedicated non-ferrous workshop.
Our experienced site team then delivered and installed the covers at the customer's convenience in-between production activity.

A local hotrod racer brought his damaged car to us recently following a racing incident.
Our enthusiastic and experienced fabrication staff worked to his instructions and replaced all of the tubular space frame front section parts damaged in the impact, using class specified CDS tubing.

We can manufacture to a standard design and style to suit your size and location requirements, or work with you to produce a truly unique design.
We can supply products in raw steel or a fully finished colour coat using any available RAL coded powdercoat. We can also provide a hot dip galvanising service for extra longevity of outdoor steelwork, both for our work or on a third party basis.
Completed railings and gates can be collected from our workshops or delivered to you by our own transport.
We can also offer a full installation service at your address by our time served and experienced fitting team.

A local commercial food producer asked for a couple of weld repairs and a general refurbishment of a stainless steel mixing vessel, this work was carried out in our dedicated non-ferrous workshop and returned to the customer within the time allowed to us.

They required some chemical resistant wash baskets for one of their production processes.

We attended the customer's manufacturing facility and discussed, measured and designed all the parts required for this phase.

This piece of art framework was produced using aged brass strip and a patient eye for detail and proportion, (as insisted on by our customer.)
A French cleat mounting bracket set was also supplied for installation by the end user.

We were happy to help out a local customer again this week.
Some machine guarding requirements had changed for them and they needed a quick turnaround on the changes to maintain production levels.
We collected the gaurds with clear instructions regarding the modifications required.
The work to make the changes was carried out swiftly, and the parts refinished in our workshops before being returned to the customer and fitted by our experienced installation team.
