Here we have a current "work in progress " for a distant customer.
Following our successful repair to the bikes aluminium fuel tank, the customer asked if we would be interested in helping him continue with his project, naturally the bikers of our staff were only too pleased to get involved!
We were provided with a replacement suspension kit, specific to the bike, in this case an 80s K100 BMW touring bike.
We have now modified the mainframe according to the extensive instructions issued with the kit and the suspension appears to work well. The next stage of operations will be to manufacture a light weight sub frame seating position.

We were happy and able to provide a quick turnaround for another large local customer recently.
A change to a production line function required some line equipment to be urgently repositioned.
Working from our materials stock holdings we fabricated the required aluminium spacer/mounting parts and delivered them to suit the clients timing request.

Here is a recent supply only job.
We were asked to manufacture some heavyweight gate posts for a regular local customer. He supplied the design drawings and we fabricated the posts, incorporating facility for auto opening drive motors, and delivered the finished assemblies to site for the 3rd party contractor to install.

We were pleased to take on another unusual project recently.
A local customer and cycling fan brought us various parts to create his long term goal of being able to go "car free ".
We carried some small modifications to the main frame and fitted the commercially available cargo carrying section to the rear of the bike. We then aligned, fitted and secured the crank mounted, pedal assisted motor and mounted the customer's spec. Battery behind it to help with balance and handling.
The client can now continue to finish the project at home, wiring etc.

A recent sheet metal project saw us manufacture and supply a basic, industrial styled metal cabinet for installation in a domestic kitchen environment.
The design was customer led and one-off parts made to their design hints.
The cabinet was fitted at the customer's timing and convenience by our experienced installation team.

We were called just before the recent bank holiday weekend to help out a local pharmaceutical company.
They presented us with a damaged machine door that needed replacing very urgently to maintain production targets.
We set to work using high impact resistant polycarbonate from our stock and completed and delivered the replacement door within 24hrs.
Happy customer again!

We were happy to work with a local food producer on some prototype ideas recently.
We were requested to add simple stainless steel covers to an existing production line.
The covers were designed with the customer and fabricated in our dedicated non-ferrous workshop.
Our experienced site team then delivered and installed the covers at the customer's convenience in-between production activity.

We are always happy to welcome unusual and interesting jobs into the workshop.
A local hotrod racer brought his damaged car to us recently following a racing incident.
Our enthusiastic and experienced fabrication staff worked to his instructions and replaced all of the tubular space frame front section parts damaged in the impact, using class specified CDS tubing.
